In a blender, combine 1 cup oats and 1 tsp baking powder. Blend until it becomes a fine oat flour.
Make The cake
Add the rest of the ingredients: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 egg, and 4 tbsp peanut butter powder to the blender. Blend until it becomes a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the lined baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the cake from the baking dish. Place on the cooling rack. Remove parchment paper from the cake.
Allow the cake to to cool on the wire rack for 20 minutes.
Make The Icing
Combine ½ cup goat milk yogurt, 40 g peanut butter powder, 6 tsp tapioca flour, and 1 tsp xanthan gum until mixture is thick.
Add the icing to a plastic bag and snip the bottom corner to pipe icing.
Build The Cake
Cut the cake in half and pipe the inside with icing.
Stack the second layer on top and pipe icing. The cake will be 2-tiered!
Decorate with a birthday candle and dog kibble!
Notes
The pup cake should last refrigerated for a few days. You can even freeze the leftovers for months for your dog to enjoy another time!
