Travel Day

Day 1: Monday, March 17th, 2025

✈️ RDU 📍 LAS

I was up a 3AM to make my way to RDU for my early flight! lol! slayed it though. You know the drill! Starbucks is my go-to spot whilst traveling at the airport: great high protein & convenient options. I read my current book—at the time—on the flight, “Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do.” I absolutely LOVED this book!!! If you love: science, biohacking, & wellness research studies on water and their impact on life—this book is for you!!

my order: Starbucks at the airport! SF vanilla grande cold brew and spinach feta wrap with sriracha. I also snagged a chocolate fairlife protein shake to make protein iced coffee & a greek yogurt cup for more protein from an airport kiosk.

Hello las vegas!

📍 LAS

I landed at LAS—Harry Reid International Airport! There were so many slot machines in the airport, lol not my cup of tea. I thought it was neat to see an Adobe marketing digital ad in the airport because I few out to Las Vegas to attend the Adobe Summit 2025 technical conference.

epic View from my hotel room

✘ RIo Hotel & Casino 📍 3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

The view of the Las Vegas Valley from the 19th floor was incredible. It was delightful to witness nature’s beauty, away from the city hustle.

Brunch @ hash house a go go

✘ Hash house a go go 📍 3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

I was craving a good brunch spot. I did some Yelp research & came across “Hash House A Go Go”, which is actually walkable within the massive Rio Hotel resort. I caught up on some of my reading, while enjoying a nice meal.

my order: “The Basic 2 Egg Breakfast” – 2 sunny side up eggs, potatoes, bacon, & a homemade biscuit. I also got a side of fruit, it was good. But the side was not $14 good. 🙃 boo out West inflation!

Downtown Container Park

✘ Fremont St. 📍 707 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Downtown Container Park was super neat! It is located on the popular Fremont St. It was a lot of fun to walk around and see all of the artwork.

Explore Fremont St.

📍 Fremont St., Las Vegas, NV

Fremont St. was so cool!! I loved walking around & exploring it. It just so happened to be St. Patrick’s Day while I was there haha, the live music was neat. I also got to see the Downtown Las Vegas sign!

thai dinner @ le thai

✘ Le thai vegas 📍 523 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101

I found this hole in the wall restaurant on Fremont St. and I LOVED this restaurant omg. Everything was incredible. 10/10 experience.

my order: appetizer: waterfall beef (SO GOOD), coconut water from Hawaii!! (LOVED), main: Thai Oxtail & Meatball Noodle Soup (DELSIH), dessert: ube crème brulée (YUM).

Day 2: TUESDAY, March 18th, 2025

Adobe SUmmit 2025

📍 The Venetian Convention Center ✘ Downtown las vegas

I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas for Adobe Summit 2025, a technical conference on Analytics, Vendor Networking, and Innovation. The conference had ~12,000 Attendees from all over the world & different companies were represented. This was my first technical conference in my career, apart from attending conferences during my education.

I had a blast! My favorite speaker session was given by Coca-Cola’s CEO, James Quincey, about the importance of quality. Focus on the “quality of creativity; don’t spam with rubbish.” I loved diving through the power of data, from various Adobe Analytics sessions I attended.

During the vendor networking, I even got to try this cool oxygen mask! I totally was spooked when I first saw it haha, but I learned that it was another fun wellness thing to try. It was actually so cool!! I’ve never done that before. I got the spearmint oxygen flavor to breathe in. The benefits are pretty neat for your: immune system & nervous system, to say the least. I also got to try this fun treat that was a chocolate covered Belgian waffle stick, very fun haha. I ended out the day by riding in a Tesla for the first time!! on my way back to my hotel room.

carpe diem,
