Protein packed bacon egg bites are a wonderful healthy option to have meal prepped for breakfast. These are easy and perfect for on the go. This recipe is dairy-free & gluten-free, and is customizable to your liking for other add-ins.






Protein Bacon Spinach Egg Bites
Equipment
- 1 Baking Sheet Pan
Ingredients
- 12 eggs (I like pasture-raised)
- 1 cup spinach (I like organic)
- 12 slices turkey bacon (also great with sugar-free pork bacon)
- avocado oil spray (optional, makes getting them out easier)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Use a silicone muffin pan or a regular muffin pan. Lightly spray with avocado oil spray to aid in removal.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon from the 12 slices turkey bacon in each muffin cup.
- Place a few pieces of spinach from the 1 cup spinach in the middle of each muffin cup.
- Crack 1 egg from the 12 eggs in each muffin cup in the middle.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
