Ingredients

Treat Dough

Instructions

  • Blend 1 cup roasted pumpkin to make it into a puree.
  • Add 3 cups gluten-free oats to the blender. Blend until the mixture is a smooth batter.
  • Add 6 tbsp peanut butter powder to the blender and blend until a dough forms.
  • Place dough in a glass bowl to the side.
  • Blend 1/4 cup gluten-free oats to make a small amount of oat flour to help with rolling the dough out.
  • Use a rolling pan to roll dough into a rectangle, with about .25” thickness top-down.
  • Use the bone-shaped cookie cutters with the dough. This should yield around 30 mini bone dog treats.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Allow the treats to cool on the wire rack for 20 minutes.

Notes

These treats will yield more by using a mini treat cookie cutter. You will want to give these to your dog to consume within 5-7 days. These treats can also be frozen to store for longer.
